About Our Practice
Dr. Sidhu is a board-certified family physician. After completing medical school, she pursued a family medicine residency at the University of Wisconsin. Her training involved evaluating people of all ages, including taking care of pregnancy, delivering babies, and maintaining the health of the elderly. She further enhanced her knowledge through the Fellowship in Anti-Aging, Metabolic and Functional Medicine. Through this advanced, integrative, systems-based approach to care, she learned to move past simply treating symptoms but delivering optimized clinical results by figuring out the source and working on restoring/resolving it. As a result, patient-centered medicine provides the most comprehensive and forward-thinking clinical approach through a highly personalized and flexible format.
Dr. Sidhu loves spending time on self-improvement activities which she loves to share with her patients. She understands that knowledge and self-awareness empower people. She loves reading and learning something new every day. One of her favorite things is to educate her patients on their health conditions and use nutrition and lifestyle for healing. She truly believes in this famous quote by Hippocrates-
“Let food be thy medicine, and let medicine be thy food.”
